Used For:
Decoration. It is a view of the Anglesey coast. In the foreground are whitewashed cottages and several figures. The headland
and other cottages beyond are in warm sunlight.
Place of Residence:
The watercolour has been kept in storage at the Walker since its purchase in 1901.
Damage:
The paper on which the watercolour is painted has split in the bottom left hand corner, at a 45 degree angle to the line of the
stretcher (the wooden support frame beneath the paper).
